- Price is for use of 1 bedroom (Queen bed) and 1 bathroom – Max 2 adults (with sole use of cottage – this means, we would not put anyone else into the other bedroom and bathroom so you would have the cottage to yourselves.)
- Additional price applies for the second QS bedroom & bathroom.
- Maximum 4 adults using both bedrooms & bathrooms.
- A security deposit of $300 may be charged with booking, refunded the day after departure, pending satisfactory inspection of the property for damages.
- Longer stays may be available at discounted prices. Please check with the owner.

- Please read our Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy below, prior to making a booking.
- Please note: we are closed for bookings from 18th April, 2024.
- Your booking is only confirmed after we have provided receipt of payment.
- Payment in full will be taken for all bookings at the time of reservation, unless other arrangements are made and confirmed in writing by Otford Cottage.
- A security deposit of $400 may be charged over the Christmas & New Year period. This is refunded the day after your departure providing no damage is sustained to the property during your stay.
- Length of stay over the following period may be a minimum 6 night stay – 16th December 2022 to 28th February, 2023
- Longer stays of 1 week or more – please contact the owner for special pricing.
- Singles – 1 adult in each QS bedroom & bathroom, please contact the owner for special pricing.
- No smoking inside the Otford Cottage. Guests can smoke outside the Cottage on the deck & the front porch.
- NO CHILDREN under the age of 12 years

- Prices listed are for use of 1 QS bedroom and 1 bathroom (max 2 adults) with sole use of the cottage. (this means, we would not put anyone else into the other bedroom and bathroom so you would have the cottage to yourselves). Use of the second QS bedroom & bathroom would incur an additional price.
CANCELLATION POLICYFull refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
- Payment by Bank Transfer (direct deposit) is preferred. Banking details will be provided if you would like to go ahead with the booking.
- Use of the second QS bedroom & ensuite will incur an extra charge per person per night.
- Self-service Continental breakfast supplies are included in the price on shorter stays. Longer stays may not include continental breakfast supplies.
- A security deposit of $300 may be charged with booking, refunded the day after departure, pending satisfactory inspection of the property for damages.
